Hilton Worldwide, a global hospitality leader with more than 4,600 properties, asked long-time partner iProspect (with technology partner Kenshoo) to squeeze more efficiency from its mature paid search program in 2015. The brief: either improve ROI without increasing budget or hold revenue steady with reduced spend by optimizing over 300 account profiles across markets, properties and branded/non‑branded segments under a single EDGE-based policy.
iProspect and Kenshoo developed Cross-Profile Halogen and ran tandem tests (profiles managed by KPO vs. those not) to enable aggregate forecasting, unified bidding and on‑the‑fly budget adjustments. The month-long test delivered a 9% increase in ROI, 5% more revenue and 4% lower costs, while dramatically cutting time spent on manual profile inspection and improving spend pacing through more accurate, cross‑profile forecasts.
