Journeys, a North American teen footwear and accessories retailer with 800 stores serving 13–22-year-olds, relied heavily on paid search to capture shopper intent. iProspect partnered with Kenshoo to implement Kenshoo Portfolio Optimizer (KPO) using a Revenue Policy, applying predictive algorithms, keyword clustering and automated mobile bid adjustments while preserving visibility and control. The change delivered immediate gains: 39% year-over-year revenue growth, 40% more clicks, 37% more conversions and a 33% increase in profit, with average daily revenue up 77% in the Sep–Oct period versus the prior year.
