Digital Net Agency (DNA) partnered with The Clymb, a fast‑growing flash‑sale retailer for outdoor enthusiasts, to help them dramatically increase new members and sales. Paid search was The Clymb’s primary growth channel, but they were hesitant to switch agencies for fear of losing volume. DNA secured a Bing‑only trial to prove they could scale membership and revenue without disrupting performance.
Using Kenshoo’s Infinite Search Optimization technology, DNA implemented dual conversion tracking, built and scaled accounts with the Kenshoo Editor, set CPA‑capped bid policies, enabled intraday data feeds and real‑time tracking, and tied backend purchase data to keywords. Within 45 days they grew campaigns from 7 to 112, lifted CTR from .25% to 1.2%, increased daily signups ~46% while cutting CPA ~23%, and later doubled the member-to‑purchase rate (1.2% → 2.7%). The strategy recovered and exceeded lost mobile volume, delivering overall volume 15% above pre‑enhanced campaign levels and earning DNA the account.
