Covario used the Kenshoo platform to manage paid search for a leading global technology client across 35 markets, six search engines and 141 Kenshoo profiles. The challenge was that only last-click conversions were being fed into Kenshoo, so Covario couldn’t see or optimize the full path to conversion and risked undervaluing higher-funnel keywords.

Kenshoo’s update to import multiple conversion sources and placement of the Kenshoo pixel provided richer path-to-conversion data alongside the client’s official analytics. Side-by-side comparisons exposed data discrepancies (revealing as much as ~110% additional conversion opportunity), enabled custom bid rules by funnel theme, and demonstrated that many higher-funnel keywords were undervalued under last-click only optimization—allowing Covario to set differentiated CPA targets and better demonstrate value to the client.
