Chacka Marketing needed a fast efficiency boost at the end of the quarter to lower CPC, increase website traffic and cut cost per conversion. With a segmented email database of purchasers, advocates, cart abandoners and influencers, the team required a way to launch dozens of individualized social posts with distinct tracking and the ability to adjust bids quickly across audiences.

Using Kenshoo Social, they organized naming templates, copied and edited posts into campaigns/ad sets to launch 6 campaigns, 16 ad sets and more than 50 tracked posts in under an hour, and managed bids centrally from the dashboard. By offering a referral discount to existing contacts, cost per conversion fell from $31.13 to $7.97 (a 62% drop), the program achieved a 30% advocacy rate, and generated over 766,000 referrals from a database of nearly 3 million.
