The team sought a way to view search and display data side-by-side, uncover cross-channel insights, and move beyond standard Last Click attribution to better meet aggressive business goals.
By leveraging the Kenshoo–Criteo integration, Buyagift unified Criteo data in the Kenshoo interface, used advanced reporting and Kenshoo’s Prefer Last attribution to reassign value across paid search and retargeting, and adjusted bidding accordingly. Analysis revealed Criteo clicks appeared 45% more often earlier in the conversion path, and the new attribution and bidding strategy delivered a 70% lift in return on ad spend.
