Sageworks replaces F5-BIG IP with Kemp LoadMaster

Sageworks, a financial information and SaaS company serving thousands of banks and accounting firms, needed a simpler, faster alternative to their F5 BIG‑IP ADCs after poor support and a complex UI slowed development and operations. They selected KEMP Technologies and its LoadMaster solution to provide an easy‑to‑use, quickly deployable load‑balancing platform.

KEMP Technologies deployed a pair of Virtual LoadMasters in test/dev and two physical LoadMasters in an active/passive on‑premises cluster, delivering continuous uptime and improved responsiveness for nearly four million daily requests. The KEMP deployment yielded customer response times under 5 ms, a 24% increase in speed/responsiveness, stronger security and QoS via SNI and SSL offloading, and dramatically reduced maintenance/patching time (about 20 minutes for both devices), while also enabling rapid initial rollout.
