Mauro Saviola Group, the leading Italian manufacturer of particleboard and the largest company globally in recycling post‑consumer wood, was struggling with a network that could no longer support growth across 13 manufacturing sites, two data centers and nearly 1,000 users. To secure new application services and improve internal network availability and performance, the group selected KEMP Technologies and its virtual ADC solution, the KEMP LoadMaster VLM-2000.

KEMP Technologies deployed the Virtual LoadMaster VLM-2000 (up to 2 Gbps throughput) to provide Layer 7 content switching, software-based traffic acceleration and IPS, automatically directing client requests to healthy virtual servers to avoid bottlenecks. The solution delivered faster application performance, reduced network traffic congestion, balanced load across sites, and enabled a rapid, cost‑effective rollout that securely supported the company’s critical applications and user base.
