Primi sui Motori S.p.A., a rapidly growing Italian web marketing and hosting provider with more than 4,000 clients and roughly 100 sales agents, faced reliability and scalability limits with the Windows 2008 Network Load Balancer as it prepared to migrate to Microsoft Exchange 2010 and expand web and CRM services. Primi sui Motori ran a 30‑day Virtual LoadMaster trial and then deployed a LoadMaster 2200, later adding two more 2200s in a high‑availability pair plus an additional appliance for Lync. Kemp Technologies’ LoadMaster delivered an intuitive GUI, certified support for Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010, and the scalability and performance needed to reliably balance email, CRM Dynamics and web call‑center traffic.
