Audi Volkswagen Middle East speeds up email performance with Kemp load balancing

Audi Volkswagen Middle East, with over 80 staff across three Dubai sites, needed uninterrupted, fast Microsoft Exchange 2010 email service and relief from congestion during peak times. To address this, they installed a Kemp LoadMaster LM-2200 load balancer from Kemp Technologies to ensure users connect to the best-performing Exchange server and to provide automatic failover if a server becomes inaccessible.

Kemp Technologies deployed the LoadMaster 2200 to deliver L4–L7 load balancing, SSL offload and automatic rerouting for Exchange Client Access services (OWA, ActiveSync, Outlook Anywhere, RPC). The result is faster, more reliable email performance, elimination of peak-time slowdowns and continuous availability during maintenance windows, and Audi Volkswagen Middle East is now evaluating load balancing for its web and database servers.
