Nescafé wanted to revitalize its brand image among young people in the French market. They partnered with their creative agency BUZZMAN and the vendor Kantar to research the real-time performance of their Hello Voisins ad campaign using Kantar's LINK for digital service.

Kantar used LINK for digital to iteratively test the campaign's performance across YouTube and Facebook, providing insights that led to platform-specific optimizations. Nescafé shortened the video creative for Facebook and increased its spending on YouTube. This approach resulted in the Hello Voisins campaign increasing overall brand recall by 35% and achieving a 45% brand recall rate amongst its key 18-24-year-old target audience.
