The customer, Fonterra Active Living, a functional nutrition business unit of Fonterra, faced the challenge of needing a global partner for regular concept testing to support a new B2B brand launch. Their goal was to optimize numerous propositions and provide insights to their own customers, requiring a consistent and agile research approach across multiple key markets. They partnered with the vendor Kantar to address this.
Kantar implemented its Concept eValuate solution on the Kantar Marketplace platform to test 42 concepts across five countries. This agile approach delivered key insights on time, allowing Fonterra Active Living to optimize its propositions and successfully launch them under the Nutiani brand. Kantar's platform also made the insights easily accessible for the global team to use in customer and stakeholder engagement, effectively de-risking the launch for their clients.
