The team built a targeted pop‑in survey to capture feedback on result pages, focusing on form completion and bounce rate while limiting exposure to new visitors and one results page per visit.
Using Segment Builder and predefined templates, the pop‑in was implemented in two days, shown to 10% of traffic (about 750,000 visitors) and tracked via Kameleoon. An A/B test confirmed no negative impact on bounce rate, while feedback led to product changes that boosted engagement (+25% clicks) and improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
