Meetic, the European leader in online dating, wanted to turn more site visitors into event attendees. Although many members viewed “Events” pages, they often left without booking; Meetic’s challenge was to increase click-throughs and reservations to boost visibility, word-of-mouth and subscriptions.
Using Kameleoon, Meetic identified members who viewed event pages but hadn’t booked and served short, contextual personalized reminders in a non-intrusive dedicated site space, targeted by age, gender and location. The dynamic on-site messages tripled event bookings compared with email invitations and doubled clicks on the reminder, significantly raising reservation rates.
