Best Western, a leading global hospitality brand with more than 4,300 hotels, wanted to improve its online booking experience and remove friction for guests. To scale its experimentation program, Best Western switched to Kameleoon and used Kameleoon’s Web Experimentation solution, along with its Contentsquare integration, to get deeper insight into A/B test performance and visitor behavior.
With Kameleoon, Best Western now runs an average of 13 experiments at a time and launches 1–2 new tests each month. The combined Kameleoon and Contentsquare setup saved the team time on analysis, improved data quality, and helped optimize customer journeys, leading to higher consumer satisfaction and increased bookings and revenue.
