Toyota’s French site (1.4M monthly visitors) needed to increase the number of test‑drive requests that actually lead to offline purchases. Manual lead‑scoring was generating many low‑quality requests—visitors booked tests but often didn’t show or didn’t buy—so Toyota sought a way to surface only those users with a high likelihood to convert.

Toyota implemented Kameleoon’s AI predictive targeting, which ingests behavioral and contextual signals (pages viewed, time in configurator, visits, geolocation, device, weather, etc.) to produce a real‑time Kameleoon Conversion Score (KCS). After a 10‑week learning phase, a personalized pop‑in is shown only to high‑KCS visitors; the result was a ~+97% increase in qualified leads (nearly doubling performance), plus greater efficiency, deeper customer insights, improved UX and time savings for Toyota’s teams.
