A Kallidus Case Study
Telefonica asked us to redesign their diversity and inclusion compliance training to make it more engaging and effective. The challenge was to teach nuanced workplace behaviour and attitudes without relying on a dry, exam-style course.
We created a non-linear, narrative-led course that uses gamification: learners meet multiple virtual colleagues and move through realistic scenarios, being assessed on how they react rather than via formal tests. The result is a highly engaging, well-received D&I module that delivers an immersive learner experience and strong participation.
