JoJo Maman Bébé, the U.K.’s favorite boutique mother and baby brand with nearly 100 stores, needed a way to deliver tailored Maternity VIP shopping experiences and bra fittings while cutting the admin burden on store teams. Their previous booking solution forced manual, per-store updates and created inefficient workflows, so the retailer selected JRNI and its Appointments Application to provide online appointment scheduling and a smoother, more personalized customer journey.
JRNI’s Appointments Application gave JoJo Maman Bébé bulk event upload capabilities and Studio administration tools that streamlined staff workflows and improved access to customer data. In the first 10 months after deployment JoJo Maman Bébé scheduled more than 3,000 appointments, with roughly 60% of those customers purchasing as a direct result, and achieved a notable increase in lifetime value for appointment shoppers versus non-appointment shoppers.
