B&H, one of the world’s largest independent retailers of photography, video, and audio equipment, needed a way for customers to book one‑on‑one in‑store consultations at its 34th Street SuperStore without relying on inefficient email and manual scheduling. To solve this, B&H selected JRNI and deployed JRNI’s Appointments Application to create real‑time online booking and streamline staff workflows.
JRNI implemented its Appointments Application with Studio administration, customization, and simple navigation so staff could manage, modify, or cancel bookings easily. The deployment drove measurable impact: more than 1,000 appointments were scheduled online in the first five months, manual scheduling was eliminated, staff were empowered to deliver better in‑store experiences, and B&H now has a foundation with JRNI to expand scheduling and add videoconferencing.
