The State of Utah needed a better way to support collaboration, modernize software delivery, and reduce friction across 14 different project management systems. Using Jira Software and other Atlassian tools, the state was looking to improve CI/CD, security coordination, and team alignment as it moved toward a more agile operating model.

Jira Software helped the State of Utah migrate to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise and streamline how teams work across IT and Security. The result was a much faster change control process, dropping from about two weeks to less than 24 hours and sometimes minutes, while also improving remote participation and cross-functional collaboration across the state.
