Indra, a leading Spanish multinational consulting and technology firm with about 39,000 employees and roughly $3 billion in turnover, serves clients across government, security, transportation, telecommunications and finance. With manufacturing sites and teams around the world, the company needed a common framework to unify procedures and improve vertical visibility across global projects and operations.

Working with Atlassian partner Deiser, Indra centralized project management and issue tracking in Jira, rolling it out company‑wide — including non‑technical teams — and integrating it with existing systems. Confluence was used to drive top‑down transparency by embedding Jira reports for aggregated managerial views and to foster internal learning through “Compartiendo Conocimiento,” a portal of 50+ communities, virtual training rooms and micro‑learning resources, resulting in better visibility, alignment and cross‑company collaboration.
