smartOPTIMO migrates to Atlassian cloud for better functionality and performance

The result was a smooth transition with only brief ticketing downtime, unanimously positive customer feedback, faster logins through Atlassian Guard Standard and Azure Directory integration, and broader access to Jira and Confluence for all employees. smartOPTIMO also reported that it had already covered 95% of its server-world requirements in the cloud, while gaining new features and reducing maintenance overhead.
