Factom, Inc., a B2B blockchain company that provides data-assurance and digital-asset validation, struggled with a time-consuming roadmap process. Carl implemented Portfolio for Jira to create high-level “programs” above epics, use a scrum board plus JQL filters for accurate issue and dependency sourcing, and embed live schedule reports in Confluence. This gave cross-project visibility, dynamic release forecasting, and simpler reprioritization—eliminating spreadsheet busywork, speeding quarterly planning, and keeping stakeholders aligned with an always up-to-date, realistic roadmap.
