France TV’s digital content teams are more agile with JIRA

France TV, France’s leading broadcaster, needed to modernize how its roughly 100-person Digital Content department planned and tracked work across teams for news, sports, culture and VOD. Teams were juggling multiple projects using bulletin boards, post‑its and disparate tools, which made coordination, visibility and deadline management inefficient.
