Building on its existing Jira and Confluence use, CSIRO rolled out Jira Service Desk across nine teams in six months (Finance, Web Services, Library Services, Project Management, etc.). The Library Services team processed twice its normal request volume in the first month, multiple teams saw up to a 30% reduction in email, and Finance is prepared for a projected tripling of ticket volume—freeing researchers to spend more time on science.
