adesso consolidates instances and pursues a hybrid migration to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise

Adesso, a fast-growing IT services company with more than 10,000 users in its on-premises instances, needed a way to modernize its Atlassian environment while still supporting customers that could not move to the cloud because of regulations or internal requirements. To meet those competing needs, Adesso worked with Jira Software as part of a move toward Atlassian Cloud Enterprise and a hybrid cloud structure.

Jira Software helped Adesso implement a clean-slate hybrid migration, consolidating instances and introducing better access and user lifecycle management with Atlassian Guard. The new setup is already reducing administrative work significantly, while giving Adesso a scalable cloud foundation that can grow with the business and provide enterprise cloud capabilities to internal teams and subsidiaries.
