The Mountain, an eco-friendly apparel maker known for designs like Three Wolf Moon® and Big Face™, came to JEBCommerce for affiliate program management after seeing a year of neglected program activity and declining revenue and traffic. They initially signed a three-month engagement to halt the downturn and revive the affiliate channel.

JEBCommerce refreshed outdated promotions, reactivated dormant publishers with personalized outreach, and recruited targeted affiliates using its database, keyword searches and Commission Junction tools. As a result, active affiliates grew from 128 to just over 230 (an 80% YoY increase), revenue rose 5% YoY, clicks were up 60% YoY and site traffic from the program increased 53% YoY, leading The Mountain to extend JEBCommerce’s management and make the affiliate program one of its top performing channels.
