Janek Performance Group conducted a deep assessment of California Casualty’s sales processes and delivered customized Critical Teleselling Skills workshops, Critical Sales Coaching Skills training for managers, and train-the-trainer certification. The program helped California Casualty embed new skills into onboarding, speed ramp-up for new employees, and improve key metrics including close rates, premium per deal size, Net Promoter Score, and overall customer satisfaction.
