Charter Bank, an $863 million institution in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, sought to implement the SilverLake System® Global Security module to gain tighter permission controls and simplify handling new hires, internal moves and terminations. A Jack Henry Banking consultant ran a discovery week, built role profiles and templates, then returned onsite to train every employee and provide administrator training — leaving Charter Bank largely live on Global Security by the end of the engagement. The work delivered faster, more accurate permission management, smoother onboarding/offboarding through groups and templates, fewer post-implementation issues and overall time savings compared with doing the project internally.
