The customer, a leading lighting and transportation manufacturer, faced the challenge of managing millions of parts and documents spread across five different legacy systems and network drives. Their processes were fragmented across five EMEA sites, each with its own QAD database and practices. ITC Infotech, through its DxP Services unit, was engaged to implement a Windchill PLM solution to harmonize these disparate systems and data.

ITC Infotech delivered a unified Windchill configuration that included migrating all data and establishing seamless bidirectional integration with the customer's QAD ERP and Salesforce CRM systems. The solution replaced four legacy systems, enabling full traceability of product data. The results were significant, with millions of parts and documents successfully migrated and over 150 end users now live on Windchill across all five sites, streamlining the customer's business processes.
