a major bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia partnered with ITC Infotech to manage the performance and scalability of its applications during a digital transformation. The bank's challenge was to perform independent verification and validation (IV&V) services for its migration programs.

ITC Infotech established non-functional requirements for over 30 peripheral systems and conducted comprehensive performance testing, including load, stress, and chaos engineering. The solution was integrated into a CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. As a result, ITC Infotech certified the system's scalability and resilience, achieving an end-to-end response time SLA of less than 3 seconds under a load of 1000 users and enabling the new core system to handle over 300 transactions per second.
