EasySecure, a Dutch identity management company serving more than 10,000 users across 20 countries, needed a reliable way to deliver fast, high-quality remote support for access control and time-and-attendance products. With ISL Online, EasySecure deployed a branded remote support application, embedded remote support links on its website, and used unattended access plus multisession capabilities to troubleshoot multiple systems at once. ISL Online also enabled support from iOS and Android devices for urgent issues on the go. The result was a future-proof, easy-to-use solution that now handles over 5,000 hardware and software issues annually, with ISL Online supporting about 50% of EasySecure’s total workload.
