Alterdata, one of Brazil’s largest software companies, needed a more advanced remote support solution that could work across different operating systems and devices, support unlimited use, and run on their own server with full control and security. After testing other options, they chose ISL Online’s Corporate Server License to replace their limited UltraVNC setup.

ISL Online implemented first on a virtual machine and later upgraded to a Private Cloud, enabling Alterdata to handle up to 900 simultaneous remote sessions and significantly improve support efficiency. The vendor helped Alterdata reach around 60,000 hours of remote sessions per month, 2.6 million support sessions over three years, and 67.63 TB of data transferred, while improving speed, flexibility, and control.
