The solution delivered a 2.8% sales increase over three years, including +1.5% from improved assortment, +0.5% from shopper targeting, and +0.8% from better price and promotions. IRI also helped the client reduce SKUs by 10% without losing revenue or market share, while driving an estimated 30% increase in data sales and additional cost savings from improved efficiency.
