Global Financial Services Institution worked with IRI to modernize its legacy reporting and insights delivery process. The customer was relying on static Excel and PowerPoint outputs generated through mainframe queries, which created heavy manual effort, long turnaround times, limited customization, and infrequent data updates. IRI designed a custom Private Cloud solution to sit behind the client’s firewall and act as an end-to-end data management and insights delivery platform.

IRI implemented the Private Cloud environment with capabilities for integration, automation, democratization, and rationalization, while also supporting deployment, training, help desk services, and executive coordination. The result was a scalable platform able to manage terabytes of private consumer data and streamline report consolidation and rendering to be at least twice as fast as before, delivering an estimated 2x efficiency gain.
