Rabobank Group, a global banking leader processing 1.3 billion card transactions annually, needed to provide 24/7 operations monitoring and support. The bank faced the challenge of migrating its card payment system to a new infrastructure supporting BASE24-eps on z/OS and required a robust solution to ensure a smooth transition and maintain customer support throughout the process.
