IQVIA’s ValueTrak Order Management platform was selected to replace the disconnected systems and address the customer’s threshold requirements for order variance, days on hand, and order quantities.
IQVIA implemented the ValueTrak Order Management Module, integrating channel data with the customer’s SAP ERP, adding configurable auto‑fulfillment thresholds, exception flags for review, and dedicated support plus virtual and on‑campus training. As a result, one person can now review and process hundreds of orders per day (where previously a team of three required twice the time), roughly 1% of orders are flagged for manual review and the rest are automatically processed, substantially reducing fulfillment errors and improving operational efficiency.
