IQVIA enabled a rapid rollout—19 countries in under 5 months—scaling to >100 brands and >6,000 reps; reps acted on suggestions (sending emails) over 50% of the time (more than 5× the control), 77% of users in one country would recommend the program, and the client now manages and develops the program in‑house.
