Hcp relied on slow paper-cheque honorarium payments that caused delays, misplaced payments and compliance risks, and needed to collect confidential banking details from a large number of healthcare professionals but lacked the internal resources, technology and secure outreach capability. They engaged IQVIA (using its OneKey database and outreach services) to address the challenge.
IQVIA designed and executed a bilingual, multichannel outreach campaign (fax, mail, phone), used OneKey to target accurate contacts, provided a secure client‑side web application and tracked progress with bi‑weekly reporting to optimize response. As a result, Hcp collected the necessary banking information to move to electronic payments, accelerating payments, reducing labor and time, and improving compliance tracking.
