Leading Emerging Biopharma (EBP) Company engaged IQVIA in mid‑2019 to prepare for its first U.S. product launch. Lacking an internal operational infrastructure for sales and data analytics, the customer asked IQVIA to deploy the IQ20/20 enterprise reporting platform and integrate five datasets (including DDD, Xponent® prescriber data, XPD, CRM and customer files) to provide a single version of truth and actionable insights for sales, brand, market access and executive teams.
IQVIA delivered a configurable IQ20/20 BI solution and hands‑on services with role‑based dashboards, rapid data refreshes and self‑service capabilities; the launch exceeded targets, secured approval for a second, larger indication and drove a salesforce expansion from ~200 to >300 reps. Measurable impacts included 100% on‑time data refreshes (51 refreshes across 2020–21), insights available 2–3 days faster than manual reporting, two additional SOWs for an iPad app plus 550 ad‑hoc hours, and consistently high stakeholder satisfaction (5/5).
