Global Healthcare Company faced fragmented transfers-of-value (TOV) reporting across 40 affiliates, relying largely on local spreadsheets and disconnected systems that risked noncompliance and poor governance. IQVIA was engaged to consolidate TOV data and provide a single, controlled system of record to meet evolving healthcare transparency regulations.

IQVIA deployed its Transparency Reporting (ITR) software in a four-part rollout over 12 months (including migrations from two legacy systems and Concur integration), backed by IQVIA OneKey master-data services and training. The solution centralized reporting with full logging and dashboards, was first used for U.S. reporting in 2022, and delivered up-to-date, high-volume data, improved country and global oversight, streamlined submissions, and stronger regulatory compliance and control.
