To become a sponsor of choice and accelerate patient recruitment, the company implemented IQVIA’s Investigator Site Portal (formerly DrugDev) to consolidate site engagement, document exchange, and learning management in a single platform.

IQVIA delivered a staged enterprise rollout of the Investigator Site Portal—adding Site Engagement and Document Exchange, then the LMS and cross-trial training—so the sponsor could centralize documents, automate notifications, and grant cross-study training credits. The platform now supports ~105,000 site staff across ~280 trials (in 78 countries), >35,000 sponsor users, and >32,000 site users active in multiple study portals; it has distributed 5.3M study updates, uploaded ~25,000 documents (nearly 300,000 downloads), published ~4,100 cross-trial courses and captured ~1.6M training records, while achieving 90% ease-of-use and 97% user support satisfaction.
