Cornucopia is a Brisbane-based face-to-face and telefundraising agency working with major charities across Australia and New Zealand. Facing a legacy PBX that lacked reporting, call recording and secure payment capabilities, Cornucopia needed a scalable solution to manage multiple brands and capture PCI-compliant payment authorisations. They selected ipSCAPE for its cloud contact centre features (including call recording, real-time reporting and ipSCAPE Pay) and its consultative partnership approach.

ipSCAPE implemented a cloud contact centre that enabled seamless work-from-home operations, bespoke scripting for consistent campaign delivery, mandatory call recordings (at least 10 per client for quality and compliance), and ipSCAPE Pay for PCI DSS‑compliant card payments. ipSCAPE also delivered enhanced real-time reporting and CRM/Power BI integration and is developing speech analytics to optimise scripts. The result: uninterrupted fundraising through COVID, measurable compliance and quality controls, improved campaign reporting and the capacity to grow and support more charities — outcomes attributed directly to ipSCAPE.
