A INXPO Case Study
VMware, the Palo Alto–based leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, used its online vForum to showcase demos and connect prospects with technicians. Facing lower conversion and engagement from prior virtual events, VMware wanted to raise registration-to-attendee conversion, increase average time spent in the event, and generate more leads and pipeline by adding interactive elements to its standard forum agenda.
INXPO built a branded virtual experience that complemented VMware’s VMworld program, deploying reminder emails, streamlined agenda navigation, in-event messaging and hands-on labs with immediate on-demand access. The event drove a 58% attendance rate (about 2× the prior U.S. average), 4 hours average time per user, 2,600+ hands-on labs deployed, 1,000+ on-demand views post-event and 36,000+ engagement hours — fueling ongoing pipeline and revenue growth.
