Rise Interactive Partners with Invoca to Increase Appointments for a National Healthcare Provider

Rise Interactive worked with a multi-location national healthcare provider that needed to better connect online and offline patient activity in order to increase appointments and turn more of that activity into digital growth. The challenge was managing complex data across in-clinic and telehealth scheduling, while improving paid search performance for a physical therapy audience. Rise Interactive used Invoca, along with Google, to help solve this.

Rise Interactive and Invoca implemented call attribution, offline conversion integration, and an incrementality-based paid search strategy using Search Ads 360 and value-based bidding. Invoca dynamically placed phone numbers and attributed calls to ad clicks, helping optimize for high-value calls and keyword-level ROAS. The result was a more advanced optimization framework that expanded campaigns and budget controls, and the initiative delivered a 10% increase in year-over-year revenue.
