Case Study: ZIVELO achieves rapid delivery of a reusable full-scale QSR self-ordering kiosk solution with Intuiface

A Intuiface Case Study

Preview of the ZIVELO Case Study

ZIVELO adopts Intuiface for its full-scale custom QSR self-ordering kiosk solution

ZIVELO, a self-service kiosk and digital signage specialist, partnered with fast-casual chain Thai Chili 2 Go to build in-store self-ordering kiosks that matched the convenience of their mobile and web ordering. The project required tight integration with multiple peripherals and back-office systems (POS, payment, printers, barcode scanners, ADA audio), reliable online/offline content updates, a templated solution for future clients, and an aggressive three-month deadline.

ZIVELO used Intuiface’s no-code platform to rapidly assemble a visually simple but highly integrated kiosk experience, pairing Intel NUC hardware and Elo touchscreens with Oracle MICROS (via Omnivore), Cayan payments, Epson printers, Honeywell scanners, an ADA audio system, and Airtable mirrored to local Excel for offline resilience. The team delivered the solution in two months, produced a reusable framework that cut delivery time by ~30%, enabled easy personalization via spreadsheet/logo updates, and found Intuiface meets roughly 90% of their kiosk needs for future deployments.
