Quintessence Creates Interactive Property Showrooms using Intuiface

Quintessence, a creative agency specializing in interactive property showrooms, set out to transform real estate sales by giving developers, agents and buyers intuitive, touch-driven ways to compare floor plans and view interiors. They faced complex virtual-tour content with frequent updates and renovations, needed remote content deployment across tablets and large displays, and wanted object-recognition interactions (physical markers) to make multi-property comparison simple — all while driving down implementation and maintenance costs.

Using Intuiface’s no-code platform, Quintessence built Excel-driven data templates to organize photos and 3D models, enabled remote updates to iPads and Windows touch tables, and implemented object-based interactions for physical-marker-driven menus. The solution was rolled out for clients including Notting Hill Housing, Weston Homes, Mount Anvil and Fabrica, producing tablet and wall-mounted displays linked to illuminated models, cutting maintenance costs by as much as 50% and delivering interaction analytics that improve sales insights and buyer engagement.
