Kega, a Netherlands-based digital marketing agency specializing in retail, partnered with lingerie retailer Hunkemöller to create an interactive in-store "Social Wall" that displayed Instagram content and let shoppers take selfies to build brand affinity. The project was innovative but complex, with many dependencies and the risk of long development cycles; Kega needed a faster, less developer-dependent way to deliver a high-quality, immersive store experience.
Kega adopted Intuiface to empower designers and "creative developers" to build and iterate the experience without heavy coding. A compact cross-functional team developed and piloted the solution—including an 85" interactive screen and live Instagram feed—at flagship stores in Amsterdam and Berlin, delivering the full project in eight weeks (about half the usual time). The result was an inspiring, easy-to-manage retail feature and a faster, more integrated delivery model that reduced reliance on specialist developers.
