First Impression redefines assisted selling for the world’s largest travel and tourism company

First Impression, an Intuiface VAR partner and full AV integrator, was hired by TUI Group—the world’s largest leisure travel company—to modernize its dated guided‑selling model across thousands of points of sale. The challenge was to replace tablet‑style, advisor‑led surveys with large‑format, multiuser interactive experiences that could display rich media, support frequent content updates from external data sources, accommodate groups, and be deployed on a tight timeline.

First Impression chose large Windows‑based multitouch tables and 55" wall displays and built the experience with Intuiface Composer, Player and Analytics to enable fast development, flexible connectivity and centralized measurement. After a successful pilot, the solution was rolled out to 400+ TUI branches, generating about 10,000 interaction data points per day for continuous improvement; a new concept store saw a 20% turnover increase in three months, and the analytics-driven approach supported broader digitalization and large‑scale deployments across Europe.
