DHL Uses Digital Interactivity to Enhance the Innovation Center Experience

DHL, the global logistics company, needed a more flexible way to create engaging digital experiences across its Innovation Centers in Chicago, Troisdorf, Dubai, and Singapore. The team wanted to turn content like the Logistics Trends Radar into interactive, touch-enabled displays while also improving remote control between devices and reducing dependence on custom coding. Intuiface was used to support these goals with a platform for interactive content and connected experiences.

Using Intuiface, DHL’s Innovation Center team built seven core experiences in just a couple of months and deployed them across 30+ screens. The solution enabled centralized remote management of content, easier updates across locations, and greater self-sufficiency in designing, testing, and refining experiences. DHL reported a major increase in autonomy, with plans to extend the setup further through sensor-based interactions, mobile quizzes, and live result displays.
